I quickly arrived at the home to address the issue for the client. Upon investigation, I discovered the issue was due to the aged aluminum wiring that was installed in the home quite some time ago. The aluminum wiring had become worn and damaged over time, creating a serious hazard for our client. After informing them of this issue they agreed to replace the wires in their residence and we got to work carefully replacing the outdated wiring with a more reliable coper option.
